It is planned to publish an edited book of papers delivered after the Conference. Presenters at the Conference are invited to contribute a chapter to the publication. We would like to receive your paper before September 30th, 2003.
1. Contributions should not exeed 2,000 words in lenght.
Style and presentation should be consisten with the recommendations in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th ed.)
Submissions must contain
a) titel page
b) article
c) illustrations

Authors' full name(s), addresse(s) and phone number(s), E-mail(s)

2. A panel consisting of members of the International Reading Association (IRA), International Development in Europe Committee of the International Reading Association (IDEC) and the Estonian Reading Association (EstRA) will review all papers submitted, and select those most appropriate for publication.
3. Contributions should be submitted in elecronic form - by e-mail, or on disc.
4. IDEC/EstRA reserve the right to copy-edit all papers submitted for publication. In the event of the editors recommending substantial alterations, these will be carried out in colsutation with the author(s).
5. Presenters submitting a paper should do so on the understanding that copyright in the paper (chapter), including the right to reproduce the paper, shall be assigned IDEC/EstRA, who will not refuse any reasonable request by the author(s) for permission to reproduce any of all their contributions to the Proceedings elsewhere.
