Please note! There will be bus transfers organised by the organisers between Workshop venue Radisson SAS Hotel and Hotel Dzingel and Hotel Hermes in the mornings and evenings. The exact transport schedule will be specified later.

Please use the Workshop registration form to make your accommodation reservation and indicate your hotel and room preference from the list above. Workshop Secretariat will confirm your reservation by fax or e-mail and payment for the hotel will be handled according to that confirmation. If you prefer a different type of room, please ask the Secretariat for quotation.

Please note that a special price has been negotiated for your benefit. Special price is valid only if paid full in advance to the Workshop Secretariat by 16 April 2007.

Accommodation cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be sent to Workshop Secretariat in writing either by fax (+372 6 979 295) or by e-mail (conference@frens.ee). Upon receipt of this request, the Workshop Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing. Accommodation reservations can be cancelled or changed before 16 April 2007.

Accessibility of Tallinn

The only international airport is in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. There is good air connection between Tallinn and other European countries. Further information on airport website: www.tallinn-airport.ee.

Tallinn can also be reached by ferry from Helsinki and Stockholm. The Old City Harbour is situated right in the city centre. Further information on website: www.portoftallinn.com.

Estonian Time and Weather

Estonia is in the Eastern European Time Zone: GMT + 2 hours in winter and GMT + 3 hours during the Daylight Savings Time in summer. May is a particularly good time to visit Estonia. The climate guarantees a pleasant weather temperature averaging 15 °C the day and 5 °C night.

Currency, Banks, Credit Cards
