Workshop venue

The ESGE Live-Endoscopy Workshop will take place in the Radisson SAS Hotel Conference Centre Tallinn, Estonia (Rävala blv. 3, Tallinn). Live demo will be organized to the Radisson SAS Hotel Conference Centre from the Endoscopy and Radiology Units of the North Estonian Regional Hospital Foundation.

 

Workshop language

English will be the official language of the Workshop. No simultaneous translation will be provided during the Workshop.

Exhibition

Pharmaceutical companies are expected to take part in the Workshop as exhibitors. Exhibition will take place during the Workshop in Radisson SAS Hotel.

 

Registration

 

 

* Doctors and nurses packages are meant only for doctors and nurses from Latvian and Lithuanian Societies. Packages include registration fee and accommodation for two nights, 2-4 May 2007 either in hotel Hermes in twin room or in hotel Dzingel in twin room for doctors and for nurses in hotel Dzingel in triple room.

 

Registration fee for doctors and nurses includes

Registration fee for residents and students includes

Workshop Dinner is NOT included in the registration fee for residents and students.

The admission fee to the Workshop Dinner is 469 EEK (30 EUR).

Please note!
Entrance to the Opening Reception is possible only with invitations.
Respective invitations will be sent out to registered participants by Workshop Secretariat during April. As the number of places in the Opening Reception is limeted, the invitations will be allocated according to the registration time.

Upon the receipt of the registration form the Workshop Secretariat will confirm your registration and bookings via e-mail or fax.

 

Deadline for registration is April 16, 2007.

 

Terms of the payment

Registration fee must be paid in advance to the Workshop Secretariat according to the respective confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Please mark the preferred form of payment on your registration form.

Note: Please be sure that all the bank-processing costs are borne by the remitter and full amount should be received; the organisers will not cover processing costs.

In order to guarantee your registration, all fees should be paid in advance i.e. before the Workshop, by April 16 at the latest. After this date all registrations being not guaranteed with a respective payment will be cancelled.

 

Cancellations and Changes

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Frens Conference Services no later than April 16, 2007. Registration fees will be refunded until that date. There will be no refund for cancellation made after April 16, 2007. In all cases, payment handling costs will be deducted from the amount of refund. All refunds will be processed after the Workshop.
